Acoustic Engineering: Designing 48dB ANC in the AeroPulse Pro
Canceling sub-hertz ambient frequencies requires dual feed-forward & feed-backward microphone arrays paired with real-time DSP algorithms. Discover how we eliminated cockpit noise.
Achieving true studio-grade quietness inside a lightweight true wireless earbud requires overcoming severe acoustic resonance within the human ear canal. Traditional single-mic noise suppression fails when confronted with complex ambient environments like subway trains and jet engines.
Quad-Microphone Feed-Forward & Feed-Backward Architecture
The AeroPulse Pro integrates two high-sensitivity MEMS microphones on the outer casing to capture external ambient noise vectors, combined with an internal inverted microphone listening directly inside your ear canal. A dual-core 500MHz DSP calculates anti-phase soundwaves in under 8 microseconds.

Noise cancellation is meaningless if audio fidelity suffers. We coated our 12.4mm dynamic drivers with titanium vapor deposition, increasing diaphragm stiffness by 300%. Combined with LHDC 5.0 24-bit/96kHz high-bitrate streaming, every bass drop and vocal nuance remains crystal clear.
