1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Marstron website, purchasing hardware products (including GaN chargers, Kevlar cables, wireless audio, and storage drives), or registering a device for warranty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to all terms, you should discontinue using the website immediately.
2. Product Catalog & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product images, technical specifications, wattage ratings, and pricing. However:
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.
- Marstron reserves the right to modify prices, update specifications, or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Typographical or pricing errors in order processing are subject to correction before order dispatch.
3. Online Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Orders placed on Marstron constitute an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when order confirmation is emitted via email/SMS.
- Payment must be completed in full via supported payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) before shipment.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund through customer support.
- Bulk or dealer orders processed via WhatsApp/Direct Invoice are governed by explicit corporate sales agreements.
4. 2-Year Doorstep Warranty & Replacement Terms
Marstron provides an official 2-Year Doorstep Swap Warranty on certified hardware products. Warranty rules include:
- Registration Requirement: Customers must register device serial numbers and upload invoice proof on our Warranty Hub.
- Coverage: Covers internal electronic failures, GaN IC faults, cable conductance failure, or acoustic driver defects.
- Exclusions: Excludes physical destruction, liquid submersion beyond IP rating, unauthorized teardown, or normal cosmetic wear.
- Doorstep Process: Verified claims receive a doorstep pickup and direct replacement unit.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, product designs, website code, and content belong exclusively to Marstron Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
